Unleash your Inner Wag!
Dog Pub Social is Dunedin’s first-ever off-leash dog park and bar concept—created for dog lovers. Whether you're here to sip specialty cocktails, enjoy a cold local brew, or just soak in the tail-wagging good vibes, DPS is your new favorite hangout. And here’s the best part: you don’t need a dog to join the paw-ty!
Our off-leash dog park is thoughtfully designed with 6-foot fencing, double-gated entrances, dog playgrounds, puppy pools, and artificial turf to keep things clean and comfy. During peak hours, our trained park supervisors—aka Rufferees—are on duty to help keep playtime safe, friendly, and full of wagging tails.

WELCOME TO DOGEDIN
Locals and visitors alike have come to know Dunedin as Dogedin—a nickname earned through the town’s deep love for dogs and its welcoming, pet-inclusive spirit. This charming coastal town is a pup’s paradise, packed with dog-friendly restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques, dog parks, and even its own dog beach. And now, it's home to something truly special—the area’s first off-leash dog bar: Dog Pub Social.
Local muralist and founder of Murals for Mutts Inc., Anna Hamilton, has helped turn Dogedin into a visual celebration of canine culture. Her vibrant dog-themed murals can be spotted all over town, including Skips Pub, Coastal Forbes, The Living Room, and right here on the “Dogedin 2” wall at Dog Pub Social. Her artwork doesn’t just brighten the town— proceeds go directly to supporting local dog rescue organizations.
Come see what makes Dogedin a tail-wagging good time—for you and your pup.
